Software Engineer, Rapid Integration and Test

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Systems Integration Engineer to advance unmanned systems through rapid integration and testing of mechanical, sensor, and software components. You'll develop test strategies, integrate sensors for autonomous operations, and collaborate across teams to transition prototypes into formal development while maintaining rigorous safety and performance standards.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute streamlined test plans focused on key objectives while maintaining safety protocols
• Participate in weekly stand-ups and provide situation reports to leadership on progress and risks
• Integrate sensors and evaluate their performance for human and autonomous planning agents
• Debug complex Linux networking issues and troubleshoot system integration problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on hardware, mechanical, and software alignment
• Ensure adherence to safety baselines while supporting agility and innovation goals
