Software Engineer - Simulation Integrations

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Software Engineer to support simulation integration for autonomous military systems. You'll be the technical bridge between program requirements and simulation platforms, owning end-to-end delivery of simulation environments that validate autonomous systems across products like Altius, Ghost, Bolt, and Anvil.

What you'll do

• Serve as primary simulation contact for TRS programs, translating requirements into technical plans and managing delivery
• Identify capability gaps and coordinate across infrastructure, fidelity, and engineering teams to address them
• Configure, extend, and validate simulation environments across autonomy, sensors, networking, and deployment
• Support field events, demos, and milestone deliverables with hands-on troubleshooting
• Develop reusable patterns and documentation to reduce integration costs for future programs
• At senior level: manage simulation engagement portfolio and mentor integration best practices
