Software Engineer, Tooling

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Software Engineer to build secure automation infrastructure for radar tracking deployments. You'll design CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code solutions, and compliance automation that enable rapid deployment while meeting DoD and intelligence community security standards.

What you'll do

• Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment across multiple classified enclaves
• Collaborate with software engineers to optimize build processes and integrate security controls early in development
• Build Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks using Terraform or Ansible for environments meeting DISA STIG and NIST 800-53 requirements
• Automate security compliance workflows including STIG scanning, vulnerability assessment, and continuous monitoring
• Develop containerization and orchestration solutions with appropriate security hardening for classified networks
• Create monitoring and logging infrastructure to support security operations and incident response
