Software Engineer, Training Platform

About this role

Anduril Industries is seeking a full-stack software engineer to develop the Frontier AI Agent Platform, which facilitates the training and evaluation of AI agents. This role requires expertise in both frontend and backend development to create intuitive user interfaces and robust workflows for military applications.

What you'll do

• Develop full-stack applications for the Frontier AI Agent Platform
• Create user-facing applications for various technical teams
• Design and implement backend APIs for training and evaluation processes
• Build reliable evaluation workflows for AI agents
• Develop understandable metrics and reporting tools
• Collaborate with ML engineers to enhance user experience
