Systems Engineer

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Test and Systems Engineer to manage requirements verification and develop test processes for advanced solid rocket motor programs. You'll lead testing activities across multiple phases, interface with stakeholders, and establish standardized procedures for a rapidly growing defense technology team in Huntsville, Alabama.

What you'll do

• Manage and verify requirements for space propulsion programs while developing comprehensive test plans
• Lead technical guidance for subscale, environmental, and static rocket motor testing activities
• Develop standardized test processes, procedures, and work instructions
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to derive qualification requirements
• Support manufacturing, prototyping, and test operations at facilities and supplier sites
• Present technical findings in safety reviews, Test Readiness Reviews, and customer meetings
