About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the design and integration of autonomous underwater vehicle subsystems. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage requirements and configuration, drive testing and verification activities, and support the transition from development to production for next-generation maritime defense systems.
What you'll do
- Own cross-functional coordination between program and support groups to shift from reactive to proactive interfacing
- Establish and maintain configuration management practices enabling rapid iteration
- Lead requirements generation, analysis, verification, and justification of technical adjustments
- Drive qualification testing, design-build-test cycles, integration verification, and acceptance testing
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for integration and test issues
- Maintain vehicle architecture documentation, interface definitions, and lifecycle traceability
