About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Systems Engineer to develop and validate advanced command and control software for military battlespace awareness systems. You'll bridge system design, requirements management, and verification activities while integrating emerging capabilities across hardware, sensors, and software platforms.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and validate algorithmic capabilities including tracking, sensor management, and threat forecasting
- Lead requirements decomposition across cross-functional teams and define success criteria
- Develop modeling and simulation frameworks to validate performance under various scenarios
- Create test plans, acceptance criteria, and analysis tools to evaluate system performance
- Own end-to-end systems integration, identifying and solving problems across components
- Use data-driven analysis to verify customer requirements and trace performance evolution

- Systems engineering (2+ years hardware and software)
- Model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools: JAMA, Cameo, Matlab, Simulink, AFSIM
- Python programming for data analysis, modeling, and simulation
