Systems Engineer, Battlespace

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Systems Engineer to support the design and validation of advanced battlespace awareness and command-control software. You'll bridge system design, requirements management, modeling/simulation, and verification activities while ensuring algorithmic capabilities integrate effectively across diverse hardware and customer configurations.

What you'll do

• Develop modeling and simulation frameworks to validate algorithmic performance and provide data-driven insights
• Lead requirements decomposition across cross-functional teams and define success criteria amid ambiguity
• Own end-to-end system performance, scoping ideal configurations and ensuring customer requirements are met
• Develop test plans, acceptance criteria, and analysis tools using simulation and field data
• Integrate emerging capabilities into new products and system configurations
• Identify and solve cross-functional problems to achieve desired outcomes

• Systems engineering and MBSE tools (JAMA, Cameo, Matlab, Simulink, AFSIM)
