About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Systems Engineer to join the Battlespace Awareness team in Broomfield, CO, designing and validating advanced command and control software that integrates algorithms, sensors, and hardware across complex military systems. You'll bridge system design, requirements management, and validation activities, ensuring deployed solutions meet customer requirements in real-world conditions.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and validate algorithmic capabilities including tracking, sensor management, and threat forecasting
- Lead requirements decomposition and define success criteria across cross-functional teams
- Develop modeling and simulation frameworks to validate performance under various mission scenarios
- Create test plans, acceptance criteria, and analysis tools to evaluate system performance
- Own end-to-end systems integration, identifying and solving problems across component boundaries
- Perform data-driven analysis using field data and simulation to verify customer requirements are met

- Model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and tools (JAMA, Cameo, Matlab, Simulink, AFSIM)
