Systems Engineer, EW

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to design, develop, and test Electronic Warfare systems including electronic support measures and counter-measures. You'll work across the full product lifecycle on cutting-edge defense technology, managing requirements, leading design reviews, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

• Design and develop Electronic Warfare systems for counter-radar, counter-UAS, counter-communications, counter-PNT, and counter-RCIED applications
• Create and manage system requirements with traceability matrices and conduct verification/validation activities
• Lead systems engineering reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) and own related deliverables
• Coordinate across engineering disciplines to ensure proper system definition, implementation, and validation
• Write technical documentation including proposals, trade studies, test plans, and reports
• Test and integrate embedded devices and Software Defined Radio systems

• Systems engineering and requirements management
• RF systems and test equipment operation
• Technical writing and communication
• Program/project coordination across multiple teams
• Flight test experience (preferred)
• Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
