About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Systems Engineer to lead verification, validation, and reliability efforts for autonomous sensing products in the Sentry platform. You'll own requirements traceability, oversee qualification testing, perform predictive reliability analysis, and partner across hardware, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure mission-critical systems meet rigorous defense standards.

What you'll do

  • Manage requirements capture, decomposition, traceability, and validation with verification methods and evidence trails
  • Review system designs, ICDs, and schematics for compliance, redundancy, and operational alignment
  • Plan and execute FMEA/FMECA analyses and drive product improvements to closure
  • Develop and oversee qualification, ALT, and HALT test campaigns with full requirements coverage
  • Perform predictive reliability analysis including MTTF/MTBF calculations using industry standards
  • Support design milestone reviews and production readiness by presenting V&V and reliability evidence
