Systems Engineer, Surveillance Tower

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Systems Engineer to own verification, validation, and reliability for autonomous surveillance products. You'll ensure all requirements are traceable and validated through rigorous testing, FMEA analysis, and qualification campaigns while collaborating across hardware, software, and manufacturing teams.

What you'll do

• Capture, decompose, and trace requirements across cross-functional teams with documented verification methods and test evidence
• Review system designs, block diagrams, and schematics for compliance with requirements and operational concepts
• Plan and oversee FMEA/FMECA activities and drive corrective actions to closure
• Conduct predictive reliability analysis including MTTF/MTBF and probability assessments using industry standards
• Develop and approve qualification, ALT, and HALT test plans; oversee test execution and coverage mapping
• Support design reviews by defining entry/exit criteria and presenting verification and reliability evidence
