About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Tactical Network & Mission Systems Engineer to design and implement the unified network architecture connecting autonomous maritime platforms across undersea, surface, aerial, and satellite domains. You'll build the communications backbone enabling distributed fleets to operate as coordinated warfighting systems, working hands-on with code and real-world at-sea validation.
What you'll do
- Design and implement network infrastructure, SDN control planes, and transport solutions for autonomous maritime systems
- Build cross-domain connectivity spanning acoustic modems, tactical RF, satellite backhaul, and classified networks
- Develop networking solutions for contested/degraded environments including mesh networking and graceful degradation
- Implement multinational network architecture for secure classified data flow between US, UK, and Australian environments
- Support operational exercises and at-sea demonstrations to validate integrated capability
- Architect scalable solutions extending from small demos to 200+ vehicle operational fleets
