Technical Operations Engineer, Counter Intrusion

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Operations Engineer to deploy and support counter-intrusion defense systems globally. You'll manage field operations, troubleshoot complex hardware/software/networking issues, and collaborate with engineering teams to refine products while supporting military customers in remote locations.

What you'll do

• Execute field maintenance, technical operations, and customer support for military defense projects
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured field environments
• Conduct tower climbing and maintenance of sensor equipment including cameras, radars, and pan-tilt units
• Perform incident response root-cause analyses and preventive maintenance on critical infrastructure
• Train users and provide field support guidance to customers and internal teams
• Maintain documentation and coordinate operational/logistical planning for deployments
