Technical Operations Engineer, Intelligence Systems

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Operations Engineer to deploy and support defense intelligence systems globally, troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and networking issues in the field while training users and collaborating with engineering teams to improve products.

What you'll do

• Execute technical operations and field maintenance for military defense projects with customer support and training
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured field environments
• Conduct incident response root-cause analyses and implement preventive measures for defense systems
• Install, maintain, and repair sensor equipment including cameras, radars, and tower-mounted components
• Communicate field issue status to internal and customer teams and advise on operational planning
• Maintain comprehensive support plans and documentation for hardware, software, and site infrastructure

What they're looking for

• Problem-solving in complex, unstructured environments
• Network+ and Linux+ or equivalent technical certification
• Hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting and debugging
• Tower climbing and installation of sensors and communications equipment
• Mechanical systems repair (generators, solar power, hydraulic systems)
• Flight operations and aircraft systems knowledge
• Root-cause analysis and preventive maintenance planning
• Strong communication and training abilities
