Technical Operations Engineer, Intelligence Systems

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Operations Engineer to support Intelligence Systems deployments, providing field support for hardware/software integration, system configuration, and end-user training. This role requires travel to domestic and overseas locations, hands-on technical troubleshooting, and an active Top Secret SCI clearance.

What you'll do

• Provide end-to-end hardware setup and software configuration support for deployed systems
• Pre-configure systems and ensure integration with customer infrastructure
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and cloud environment issues in real-time
• Author training documentation and user guides for new capabilities
• Perform preventative maintenance on tower structures, generators, solar systems, and related infrastructure
• Support customers in the field independently and collaboratively
