About this role
Anduril Intelligence Systems seeks a Technical Operations Engineer to support defense technology systems in the field and remotely. You'll handle end-to-end hardware and software integration, troubleshoot complex systems, and work directly with Intelligence Community customers to ensure operational readiness.
What you'll do
- Provide end-to-end hardware setup and software configuration support for defense systems
- Pre-configure systems and integrate them with customer infrastructure in the field
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in real-time using analytical problem-solving
- Author training documentation and operational guides for end users
- Configure and troubleshoot networking environments including firewalls, routers, and cloud systems
- Travel to customer sites (up to 50%) for system deployment and support
