Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Operations Engineer to deploy and support defense technology products globally, working across hardware, software, and networking challenges. You'll provide field support, conduct training, troubleshoot complex systems, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve products in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Execute technical operations and field maintenance for military defense projects with customer support and training
• Resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues in unpredictable field situations
• Administer Linux systems and serve as a subject matter expert in systems administration
• Conduct incident response root-cause analyses and implement preventive measures
• Pre-configure systems and ensure integration with customer infrastructure
• Communicate field issue status to internal and customer teams while maintaining documentation
