About this role

Anduril Industries seeks an experienced Test Engineer to lead integration and testing efforts for advanced maritime surface platforms. You'll manage comprehensive test programs across subsystems including sensors, autonomy software, and propulsion, working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure systems meet military specifications and standards.

What you'll do

  • Support subsystem integration including sensors, navigation, propulsion, communication, autonomy software, and power systems
  • Develop, review, and execute comprehensive test plans for development, integration, and acceptance testing
  • Conduct day-to-day test operations including pre-mission testing, vehicle tasking, and data analysis
  • Perform hands-on troubleshooting, repair, operation, and maintenance of maritime platforms in field environments
  • Author and review detailed operational test reports documenting test execution and evaluation results
  • Support multi-day offshore testing operations and manage configuration control and documentation
