Test & Evaluation Engineer

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks an experienced lead maritime test engineer to oversee developmental testing of autonomous naval systems. You'll manage full lifecycle test planning, execution, and reporting while collaborating across engineering teams and external partners to deliver cutting-edge defense technology.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute full system-level testing for hardware and software with focus on rapid design maturation
• Lead shore and sea-based testing at private and government ranges, including initial issue investigation and corrective actions
• Provide technical direction to field operations teams and oversee test data collection and analysis
• Coordinate with program management and engineering leads on requirements, schedules, milestones, and process improvements
• Manage subsystem integration of sensors, communications, and autonomy software into complete products
• Establish test documentation processes and participate in design reviews and requirements analysis
