Full Stack AI Engineer

About this role

ANNA seeks a Full-Stack AI Engineer to build AI agents and clinician-facing products that transform autism care delivery. You'll work across React, Django, FastAPI, and vector databases to ship agentic infrastructure, RAG pipelines, and clinical decision support tools in a remote Warsaw-based role with US team collaboration.

What you'll do

• Design and build production AI agents for clinical workflows including scheduling, intake, RCM, and decision support using LLM reasoning
• Develop MCP servers and tool integrations to expose core data systems (Salesforce, scheduling, HR) to AI agents
• Implement and optimize RAG pipelines using pgvector for clinical history retrieval at point of care
• Build React-based clinician interfaces that integrate with AI backends and support real clinical workflows
• Own features end-to-end from backend API design through frontend implementation with high quality standards
• Contribute to ANNA's clinical data ontology and architecture decisions while ensuring HIPAA compliance
