GTM Engineer

About this role

Anrok seeks a GTM Engineer to build AI-powered automation systems that transform how the revenue team operates. You'll design and deploy intelligent workflows using Claude, GCP, and integrations with tools like Salesforce and Gong, shifting the GTM motion from manual processes to AI-first operations that drive deal velocity and team productivity.

What you'll do

• Design AI adoption strategy for GTM team, identifying high-impact Claude use cases and establishing quality/security standards
• Write and maintain production code (Python, JavaScript) powering GTM automation workflows including lead qualification, call analysis, and proposal generation
• Define deployment processes for GTM applications on GCP including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and security best practices
• Build secure integrations between Salesforce, Gong, Zendesk, GCP, and Claude API with robust error handling
• Architect end-to-end workflows eliminating manual work across the sales cycle from lead enrichment to RFP response generation
• Create documentation and conduct training to drive team adoption of AI tools into daily workflows

What they're looking for

• Python and/or JavaScript development with production-grade code quality
• GCP infrastructure (Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, IAM)
• LLM API integration (Claude, GPT) with production monitoring and error handling
• API design, webhooks, and system integration patterns
• Ownership mindset with ability to work independently in ambiguous situations
• Sales engineering or revenue operations technical experience
• CI/CD pipeline and deployment automation knowledge
• AI/ML experimentation and hands-on application building
