About this role
Anrok seeks a Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between sales and customers, guiding strategic accounts through complex tax automation integrations. You'll combine presales expertise with deep technical knowledge of APIs and billing systems to close deals and ensure successful implementations for a rapidly growing AI-driven tax compliance platform.
What you'll do
- Guide prospects and customers through technical evaluation and integration design, serving as primary contact from presales through implementation
- Master Anrok's API capabilities, pre-built integrations, and billing workflows (Stripe, NetSuite, etc.) to design customized solutions
- Collaborate with Account Executives on deal strategy and work with Onboarding teams to support smooth customer implementations
- Act as technical advisor on sales tax compliance and integration best practices for prospects, customers, and partners
- Gather customer feedback and technical requirements to influence product roadmap decisions and drive improvements
- Translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences and help identify opportunities to improve documentation and demo functionality
