About this role

Lead cross-functional delivery of advanced microreactor systems across commercial, defense, and space missions. What you'll do

  • Own delivery and accountability for customer-facing programs including cost, schedule, quality, and contractual compliance
  • Establish requirements management connecting customer feedback to engineering design and ensure alignment with mission objectives
  • Develop proposals and support contract acquisition with DoD and DOE by drafting technical content and system justifications
  • Conduct market analysis, CONOPS research, and develop technical roadmaps for product deployment readiness
  • Lead system architecture and interface specifications while balancing engineering decisions with business considerations
  • Manage project integration into operational environments including deployment logistics and commissioning procedures
