About this role

Anthropic's Creative Studio seeks a senior Design Engineer to lead web architecture and implementation for anthropic.com and claude.com. You'll own significant product surfaces, set technical direction, build creative tooling, and mentor engineers while bridging design craftsmanship with engineering at scale.

What you'll do

• Own architecture and implementation of major web surfaces including design systems, templates, interactive experiences, and data visualization
• Lead end-to-end web initiatives including migrations, redesigns, and new product launches with scoping and partner coordination
• Define and evolve headless CMS architecture with content modeling and editorial governance
• Build internal creative tooling and AI-powered systems that enhance team workflows and leverage
• Partner with platform, security, and growth engineering teams on deployments, performance, and SEO
• Mentor mid-level engineers and contribute to hiring as the team scales
