Anthropic seeks an IT Support Engineer to provide comprehensive technical support across multiple platforms while driving operational improvements for a rapidly scaling organization. This role combines hands-on troubleshooting with process automation and strategic contributions to IT infrastructure.

What you'll do

  • Triage and resolve hardware, software, networking, and account issues via ticketing system, Slack, and in-person support
  • Support device enrollment, configuration, and policy enforcement across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and SaaS platforms
  • Manage employee lifecycle workflows including onboarding, offboarding, and access management
  • Create and maintain internal documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
  • Identify support patterns and opportunities for automation or systemic improvements
  • Participate in on-call rotation for urgent after-hours issues
