About this role

Lead the design and implementation of Anthropic's corporate-issued mobile device program globally, managing device standards, enrollment automation, fleet telemetry, and policy across iOS and Android platforms at scale.

What you'll do

  • Design and own the corporate mobile device program including device standards, issuance criteria, and multi-region rollout strategy
  • Manage global hardware logistics including procurement, regional coverage, spares inventory, and refresh cycles
  • Implement zero-touch enrollment via Apple Business Manager and Android equivalents with managed accounts
  • Integrate mobile configuration into config-as-code pipeline with pull requests, CI, staging, and canary deployments
  • Build fleet telemetry and monitoring for device check-in status, OS patches, and configuration drift
  • Own managed app distribution, lifecycle management, compliance, and device security posture with Corporate Security
