About this role

Anthropic is seeking a Support Engineer to serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for enterprise customers using Claude. You'll diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, embed yourself in customer teams, and collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to ensure customer success.

What you'll do

  • Serve as named technical support contact for a defined portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues directly or in partnership with internal teams
  • Build deep contextual knowledge of each customer's architecture, integrations, and use cases
  • Capture and route technical feedback and product friction to the Product team with relevant data
  • Manage high-urgency issues with extreme ownership and coordinate coverage across the support team
  • Help establish support foundations including runbooks, escalation paths, and performance metrics

What they're looking for

  • Enterprise technical product support (5+ years experience)
  • API and SaaS technical troubleshooting
  • SSO, SAML, OAuth, and authentication flows
  • Technical documentation and error log analysis
  • SQL and basic scripting (Bash, Python, JavaScript)
  • LLM capabilities and prompt engineering understanding
  • Clear written communication and user empathy
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and escalate appropriately
