Forward Deployed Engineer

About this role

Antithesis seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to help customers test and validate mission-critical distributed systems using the company's testing platform. You'll combine customer engagement, technical problem-solving, and advocacy to drive adoption while gathering feedback to inform product development.

What you'll do

• Onboard customers and customize the testing platform to their specific needs
• Partner with customer engineering and leadership to understand business requirements and demonstrate value
• Identify missing product features and emerging testing requirements from customer interactions
• Debug complex issues in customers' systems using Antithesis's testing tools
• Collaborate internally on new testing techniques and contribute to thought leadership
• Manage multiple customer priorities simultaneously while supporting sales and customer success teams

• Software development and debugging
• Technical consulting or solutions architecture experience
• Customer communication across engineering and executive levels
• Python, bash, or JavaScript scripting
• Testing and quality assurance methodologies
• Linux environment proficiency
• SQL or NoSQL database querying
• Distributed systems knowledge (databases, streaming platforms, blockchains)
