About this role

Antithesis is seeking software engineers at all levels to build a deterministic simulation platform that identifies bugs traditional testing misses. You'll work on complex projects including notebooks, databases, and custom hypervisors using modern tech like Rust, Nix, and TypeScript in a collaborative, technically rigorous environment.

What you'll do

• Develop core platform features for autonomous testing and bug detection systems
• Build and maintain infrastructure components including hypervisors and analytics databases
• Contribute across the full stack from frontend to systems-level programming
• Collaborate on projects spanning formally proven infrastructure and reactive tools
• Debug and optimize complex distributed systems in deterministic simulation
• Mentor and share knowledge with team members

• Systems programming (Rust and/or C/C++)
• Nix for builds and infrastructure
• TypeScript/JavaScript for frontend development
• Distributed systems and software reliability
• Generalist software engineering across multiple domains
