About this role
Antithesis seeks a Support Engineer to serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues on their distributed systems testing platform. You'll troubleshoot complex technical problems, route issues appropriately, and own requests from initial contact through resolution while building deep product expertise.
What you'll do
- Handle advanced customer support requests beyond standard documentation
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to determine escalation paths
- Use scripting languages to investigate and resolve customer issues
- Manage support requests end-to-end with timely communication and resolution tracking
- Respond to automated system alerts and coordinate stakeholder awareness
- Identify knowledge base gaps and suggest improvements based on support patterns
