Civil Engineer

Apex Companies seeks an experienced Civil Engineer to lead design projects, manage teams, and build client relationships in Walla Walla, WA. You'll oversee multi-disciplinary projects for public and private clients while contributing to business development and mentoring staff.

What you'll do

• Plan, design, and administer civil engineering projects for land development and municipal clients
• Lead design staff and provide project direction on civil engineering tasks
• Coordinate with other discipline leads and manage cross-functional project deliverables
• Establish and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and project objectives are met
• Manage project budgets, financials, billings, and labor hour estimates
• Participate in business development and proposal writing efforts
