Apex Companies seeks an Environmental Engineer with 4+ years of remediation experience to lead soil and groundwater remediation projects in Signal Hill, CA. You'll manage system design, operation, and optimization while overseeing field teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Lead soil and groundwater remediation projects from field execution through final reporting
• Oversee operation and maintenance of remediation systems including groundwater extraction, soil vapor extraction, and thermal treatment
• Design and optimize remedial systems while analyzing performance data
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations (AQMD, SWPPP, WDR, hazardous materials)
• Supervise field technicians and troubleshoot remediation system issues
• Prepare technical reports, regulatory submittals, and project proposals
