Project Civil Engineer

About this role

Apex Companies seeks a Project Civil Engineer to design and manage civil engineering projects including site layout, stormwater management, and utility planning. You'll coordinate with project managers, prepare technical deliverables, and support the permitting process while working on impactful infrastructure and environmental projects.

What you'll do

• Perform civil engineering design for site layout, grading, stormwater management, and utility planning
• Prepare and review design plans, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports
• Assist with project coordination including scheduling, budgeting, and task assignments
• Track progress, manage deliverables, and ensure quality standards are met
• Support permit applications and coordinate with regulatory agencies
• Participate in client and contractor meetings and maintain project documentation
