What you'll do

• Build and deploy custom internal applications with business logic, automated workflows, and AI capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to translate operational challenges into technical solutions
• Design scalable architecture and integrate complex data structures using data modeling principles
• Optimize internal system performance, security, and UI/UX design alongside senior engineers
• Participate in agile development cycles, code reviews, and collaborative problem-solving sessions
