About this role
Applied Intuition seeks a Software Engineer to develop autonomy solutions for hardware-in-the-loop testing and simulation. You'll work across the full stack building products that help automotive, defense, and industrial customers accelerate autonomous vehicle development.
What you'll do
- Develop full-stack features and tools for autonomy development workflows
- Design efficient solutions to complex engineering challenges in simulation and robotics
- Collaborate with infrastructure, robotics, and graphics engineers across the team
- Gather customer feedback and contribute to product decisions
- Take ownership of technical initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment
- Work with domain experts across automotive, defense, and industrial sectors

- Full-stack software development
- Python, C++, or JavaScript
- Self-starter mentality with ability to learn new tools quickly
- Frontend frameworks (React preferred)
- Backend and API development (GraphQL experience valued)
- Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Robotics middleware experience (ROS)
- Simulation and physics modeling knowledge
