Depot Service Engineer

About this role

Apptronik seeks an expert Depot Service Engineer to diagnose and resolve complex failures of their advanced humanoid robot, Apollo. You'll serve as the technical escalation point and home-base anchor for field service teams, bridging operations with core engineering while ensuring fleet reliability and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Conduct root cause analysis on complex systemic issues including networking, software, and electro-mechanical faults
• Partner with core engineering teams to translate depot repair data into product improvements
• Certify advanced repairs and refurbishments meet quality standards before redeployment
• Provide technical explanations and support for escalated customer issues
• Monitor depot repair metrics, turnaround times, and failure patterns to optimize fleet reliability
