About this role
Apptronik seeks a Field Solutions Expert to diagnose and resolve complex issues with their advanced humanoid robot Apollo. You'll serve as the primary technical contact for customers, conducting root cause analyses on system-wide problems and translating field insights into product improvements while maintaining high service standards.
What you'll do
- Lead root cause analyses for systemic fleet issues involving networking, software, and hardware integration
- Serve as primary technical contact for customer leadership, explaining complex resolutions and ensuring satisfaction
- Validate all repairs and deployments meet company standards before customer handoff
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to drive design improvements based on field data
- Monitor fleet reliability metrics and track compliance with service level agreements
- Troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems and diagnose integration challenges
