About this role

Aquant is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to drive enterprise AI deals by translating complex service intelligence platform capabilities into business value for C-suite executives. You'll lead technical discovery, design solutions, and deliver compelling demos while partnering closely with sales leadership to secure large deals.

What you'll do

  • Lead technical discovery sessions and design AI-driven solutions aligned with customer business goals
  • Deliver high-stakes technical demos and presentations to executives (CIOs, CTOs, service operations leaders)
  • Translate AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and platform architecture into clear business messaging
  • Drive technical validation through POCs and pilots, addressing implementation considerations
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on solution strategy throughout the full sales cycle
  • Provide field feedback to product and engineering teams to inform development and positioning

  • Sales engineering / solutions engineering (5+ years)
  • Enterprise AI and SaaS/analytics platform selling
  • Modern data architectures (data lakes, ETL, APIs)
  • AI/ML concepts and ability to explain without jargon
  • Enterprise systems knowledge (Salesforce, ServiceNow, FSM/ERP platforms)
  • Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security
  • Executive presentation and objection handling
  • Custom AI demonstration building
