Forward Deployed Engineer

About this role

This role involves working with a startup building infrastructure that enables AI agents to take real-world actions through tool-calling and integration platforms. You'll serve as the technical expert for enterprise customers, designing architectures and prototypes that connect AI systems to business applications.

What you'll do

• Partner with sales teams on technical discovery and evaluations with enterprise stakeholders
• Design and build custom prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and reference architectures showcasing platform capabilities
• Provide technical consultation on AI agent architecture and integration strategy to customers
• Gather market feedback and translate customer needs back to product and engineering teams
• Navigate complex technical requirements in large deal cycles
• Stay current with AI/LLM ecosystem trends (LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases)
