What you'll do
- Support incubation and marketing of advanced defense programs within Archer's portfolio
- Conduct survivability and operations analysis for defense-related projects
- Execute technical planning, cost estimation, and schedule management for programs
- Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and business teams
- Contribute to mission systems and sensor integration analysis
- Support DoD program requirements and documentation
What they're looking for
- Survivability technologies (RCS, IR, Acoustics, EW/EA)
- Aerospace systems engineering and analysis
- Modeling and simulation (AFSIM preferred)
- Python or MATLAB programming
- CAD software
- Systems engineering and RF/sensor fundamentals
- Cross-functional collaboration
- DoD security clearance eligibility
