What you'll do

  • Support incubation and marketing of advanced defense programs within Archer's portfolio
  • Conduct survivability and operations analysis for defense-related projects
  • Execute technical planning, cost estimation, and schedule management for programs
  • Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and business teams
  • Contribute to mission systems and sensor integration analysis
  • Support DoD program requirements and documentation

  • Survivability technologies (RCS, IR, Acoustics, EW/EA)
  • Aerospace systems engineering and analysis
  • Modeling and simulation (AFSIM preferred)
  • Python or MATLAB programming
  • CAD software
  • Systems engineering and RF/sensor fundamentals
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • DoD security clearance eligibility
