About this role
Archer, an aerospace company building electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft, seeks an experienced Data Engineer to design and optimize scalable data systems for flight test analysis and aircraft health monitoring. You'll architect data pipelines, develop ETL processes, and ensure data quality while collaborating with analytics teams to support predictive maintenance and rapid design iteration.
What you'll do
- Architect and optimize data processing systems for reliability, efficiency, and scalability
- Develop and optimize ETL processes, data models, and data architectures
- Create data quality monitoring, testing, and validation frameworks
- Design and maintain data warehouse/lakehouse architectures for high performance
- Engage with analytics teams and stakeholders to understand data requirements
- Support integration of data systems with aircraft telemetry and operational systems
