Integration and Verification Engineer, Turbogenerator

About this role

Archer, an aerospace company developing all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft, seeks an experienced engineer to lead the verification and testing of hybrid turbogenerator powertrains. You will oversee system validation from test-bench through flight trials, managing complex integration of turboshaft engines, batteries, and motors while coordinating with suppliers and stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Own integrated hybrid powertrain verification and systems engineering validation through testing
• Lead turbogenerator verification on test-bench and aircraft, including flight test campaign initiation
• Contribute technical expertise to design reviews on turbogenerator systems
• Manage suppliers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and safe verification execution
• Coordinate with third-party stakeholders to meet delivery timelines
• Ensure all verification activities meet safety standards
