About this role
Arize AI seeks an AI Sales Engineer to bridge technical and business stakeholders, guiding enterprise customers through the evaluation and deployment of the company's AI observability platform. You'll partner with account executives to lead product demos, discovery processes, and proof-of-concept engagements while advising on GenAI best practices.
What you'll do
- Partner with account executives to articulate Arize's value proposition and strategy to prospective customers
- Lead product demonstrations and technical discovery sessions with sophisticated GenAI teams
- Design and execute proof-of-concept projects from requirements gathering through close
- Serve as trusted technical advisor, building relationships with both technical and business stakeholders
- Address technical objections and collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to overcome blockers
- Advise customers on GenAI and ML best practices and evaluation methodologies
What they're looking for
- Python or Typescript proficiency
- LLM and agentic frameworks (OpenAI Agents SDK, Google ADK, LangGraph, DSPy)
- GenAI concepts and application development lifecycle
- Complex technical concept simplification and communication
- Sales engineering or solutions architecture experience
- Proof-of-concept design and execution
- Cross-functional collaboration (sales, product, engineering)
