About this role
Arize AI, a Series C observability platform for AI systems, seeks an AI Sales Engineer to partner with account executives and guide enterprise customers through POCs. You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor, conducting product demos, leading discovery, and resolving technical objections for Fortune 500 companies deploying generative AI.
What you'll do
- Partner with account executives to communicate Arize value proposition and strategy to prospective customers
- Lead product demonstrations and technical discovery sessions with GenAI teams
- Develop and manage proof-of-concept initiatives from requirements through close
- Act as trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders, addressing their needs
- Handle technical objections and collaborate across sales, engineering, and product to resolve blockers
- Advise customers on GenAI and ML best practices
What they're looking for
- 3+ years customer-facing sales engineering or solutions engineering experience
- Python or Typescript proficiency
- Knowledge of LLM/agentic frameworks (OpenAI Agents SDK, Google ADK, LangGraph, DSPy)
- Understanding of GenAI concepts and application evaluation lifecycle
- Strong communication and ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Self-directed learning and comfort with production AI deployment complexity
- Experience aligning across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams (bonus)
- Data Engineering, MLOps, or cloud platform experience (bonus)
