About this role

Arize AI, a Series C observability platform for AI systems, seeks a DevOps Support Engineer in Buenos Aires to provide first-line support for on-premises customer deployments. You'll troubleshoot Kubernetes-based infrastructure, monitor platform health, and help resolve deployment issues across cloud environments.

What you'll do

  • Triage and resolve on-premises customer infrastructure and platform support requests
  • Monitor customer platform health using observability tools
  • Investigate and troubleshoot Kubernetes deployments to identify root causes
  • Diagnose configuration, networking, and performance issues in self-hosted environments
  • Document common issues and create internal runbooks and knowledge base articles
  • Escalate complex issues to engineering when needed

What they're looking for

  • Kubernetes fundamentals (logs, resources, pods, services)
  • DevOps or infrastructure support experience
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Systematic troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • English communication (written and verbal)
  • Helm charts and deployment management
  • Networking concepts (DNS, TLS, proxies, firewalls)
