About this role

Armada seeks a Customer Solutions Engineer to drive post-deployment technical success for Atlas customers across North America. This hands-on role focuses on platform adoption, optimization, and integration work that transforms initial deployments into mature, embedded operations aligned with customer business goals.

What you'll do

  • Serve as primary technical contact for assigned Atlas accounts, owning post-sale adoption and success
  • Drive deep adoption of Atlas capabilities including monitoring, lifecycle management, governance, and automation
  • Co-create enterprise integrations using Atlas webhooks and APIs tailored to customer needs
  • Help large customers structure and manage high asset counts to ensure platform scalability
  • Develop and execute Joint Success Plans to measure value realization and advance adoption maturity
  • Monitor account health, retention, and expansion opportunities through operational metrics
