About this role

Armada seeks a Customer Solutions Engineer to drive post-deployment technical success for Atlas customers across North America. This hands-on role focuses on platform adoption, optimization, and integration while ensuring customers achieve measurable value and operational maturity through structured success planning.

What you'll do

  • Serve as primary technical point of contact for assigned Atlas customers in AMER region
  • Drive adoption of Atlas platform capabilities including monitoring, lifecycle management, governance, and automation
  • Co-create enterprise integrations using Atlas webhooks and APIs
  • Support large customers in structuring and managing high asset counts for platform scalability
  • Develop and execute Joint Success Plans to guide customers toward adoption maturity
  • Monitor customer health metrics and drive retention and expansion opportunities
