Forward Deploy Engineer

About this role

Armada seeks a Senior Forward Deploy Engineer to lead end-to-end deployments of edge AI infrastructure in the Middle East while owning long-term technical customer relationships. This hybrid role combines hands-on platform bring-up with ongoing technical account management, ensuring customers achieve production readiness and sustained adoption.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end deployments of Armada platforms (Atlas, Galleon, Leviathan, Bridge) across Saudi Arabia and ME region
• Own infrastructure bring-up, platform configuration, and production readiness validation
• Serve as primary technical point of contact for assigned customers post go-live
• Build and actively manage Joint Success Plans aligned with customer business objectives
• Drive technical governance, roadmap planning, and platform optimization discussions
• Make real-time technical decisions across hardware, networking, Kubernetes, storage, and GPU layers
