Aro Homes is seeking a hands-on Product Launch Process Engineer to serve as their engineering presence in the field. What you'll do
- Serve as the primary engineering contact for field crews, providing timely solutions to on-site questions.
- Diagnose and resolve construction issues across architectural, structural, and MEPF disciplines.
- Update documentation (Bluebeam, BOMs, Field Installation Drawings) and ensure changes are propagated across all projects.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate discipline owners and track their resolution.
- Identify recurring field issues and convert them into actionable change requests for the engineering team.
